Pirots Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Pirots Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Pirots ("the Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is allowed only one (1) Pirots account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another person's details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, Pirots reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, winnings, or bonuses held in those accounts.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our legal obligations, Pirots conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit any or all of the following before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash/Maya account under your name)
• A selfie with your ID

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until documents are provided.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Pirots are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes for e-wallet transactions, or within one (1) banking day for bank transfers. Pirots does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Pending withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification. Pirots targets processing most e-wallet withdrawals within two (2) hours, though processing may take up to one (1) banking day in high-volume periods.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where the "Cash Out" feature is explicitly offered and available.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Pirots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• KYC verification has not been completed within the requested timeframe
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance (including bonus funds) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons within the player's control and no breach is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after applicable verification.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting support@pirots.best. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) banking days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Pirots may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of Pirots after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
